Yes!! Most of my earrings are 0.925 SOLID sterling silver, or SOLID 14K gold filled. Allergies should not be a concern. If you have any specific concerns, please send me an email, and I'll be more than happy to help :D If you do not have piercings, you may request CLIP ONs FREE of charge! Please make a note to me.
What is your method of shipping?
I ship via United States Postal Service. The default shipping type is FIRST CLASS MAIL with delivery confirmation if you live in the United States. If you live outside the US, shipping is just first class, and will come with a customs number as proof of shipment. If you'd like to get your package faster, you can upgrade to Priority or Express shipping for at your cost. Please contact me so I can adjust the shipping price for you. Insurance is also recommended for ALL packages. Seller is not held responsible for lost/damaged packages.
What is your Return/Exchange policy?
All sales are final. Exceptions are made for when the wrong product was shipped, or product is defective. Please contact me if you need to return or exchange a product. For returns, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
When do you ship items? Where are you shipping from?
I ship at least twice a week. Unless if you get an email which says that your order is delayed, this holds true. I ship from California, United States.
When can I expect to get my items?
Unless I contact you via E-Mail, I will ship your item within 3-10 business days of receiving your payment. If you live in the US, delivery time is 2-7 business days, and if you live outside of the US, delivery time is about 2 week. (This is for IN STOCK items only!) If you would like your package faster, or add additional services such as insurance or tracking, please see the shipping upgrades category, or contact me.
Do you offer a combined shipping discount?
The shipping cost includes cost of packaging supplies and a small handling fee. A combined shipping discount is calculated for your automatically at checkout. If you believe there to be a mistake in the shipping charge, please contact me immediately.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, I do! Please EMAIL me (lisaHQCD@gmail.com) with your creative ideas. In order to protect the integrity of my business, I will NEVER knowingly replicate someone else's work. Please do the same for me, and do not ask other artists to imitate mine.
What happens if I don't receive my items?
All first class NON INSURED packages are sent at buyers' risk. Sellers is NOT held responsible for loss or damage by the US Postal service if the buyer does not CHOOSE to purchase extra services such as insurance. If you purchased insurance for your purchase, you may file a claim with the POST OFFICE for the amount that your package was worth. This is not through me, it's through the post office. Once the package leaves me hands and is dropped off at the post office, seller is no longer for what happens to the package. Seller is NOT held responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Once the seller drops off the package at the post office, it's out of her hands. You may purchase INSURANCE at an additional cost (contact me!) to make sure that IN THE RARE EVENT that your package is lost or damaged by the postal service, you may file a CLAIM with the POSTAL SERVICE for the amount the package was worth. Once again, seller is NOT held responsible for loss or damage by the postal service. Please be aware that all base pricing shipping you see on the website does NOT include insurance, and all packages sent this way are at the buyers' risk. Although chance of something like this happening is less than 1%, please note, it still does happen. * Seller is not responsible for wrong shipment if the address provided in the shipping portion of the order is incorrect. If a package is tracked (US Customers only, usually), and has a "delivered" status via USPS.com, seller will not be held responsible for buyers' claim of undelivered packages.
What happens when a piece of jewelry breaks within the first month? Or if it breaks, period?

I'm outside of the US, will I get charged by customs?
I always mark your packages as a gift, and give the lowest real value of your goodies. In the arare event that your country's customs charges you for your package, I can not be held responsible for the charges.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
You'll get a care sheet when you receive your order-- it'll have detailed instructions on how to take care of your jewelry =)
I ordered a bath/beauty product and I hate it. What can I do about it?
I understand that personal care products are highly subjective; one person can love a scent/texture, another can hate it. Because of this, I offer small try-it sizes in the SAMPLE section of the shop. I highly encourage you to order a sample before purchasing a full size. If there's no sample size available for your personal care product, please contact me and I can make it happen for you.
Otherwise, I suggest gifting the product to someone in your life; with our varying tastes, I'm sure you will find someone happy to take the product off your hands.
