By making a purchase on www.shopheqi.com, you agree to all the following terms.

Shipping, Handling, Packaging, Processing Time

All packages ship via USPS First Class mail by default. If you'd like your package faster or to insure it, please contact me prior to making a purchase so we can work that out.
All handmade orders should be shipped within 3 - 10 business days of receiving payment, depending on the items ordered. Though I aim for quickness, it is often very difficult with the large amount of orders. Also, please keep an eye out on my BLOG for any updates/announcements regarding shipping schedule. All on hand orders such as beauty products are shipped the business day after receiving payment. Custom orders will be completed according to special arrangements made between customer and artist.

Returns and Exchanges, Order Cancellations

Returns and exchanges are possible if and ONLY if the item you have received is the incorrect item. Seller is NOT responsible for items damaged by the postal service if buyer chooses to not purchase insurance. I try my best to describe and accurately portray each item. Please note that due to slight difference in monitors, coloring may vary slightly. Please be aware of this when you are ordering. 

That being said, I also want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of the ordering process, please do not hesitate to contact me-- I'd be happy to assist you in any way I can.

Once an order is placed, you may cancel and receive a full refund with 48 hours. Once it is passed that point, orders may not be canceled. 
Also, when you have placed an order, and your order happens to be processed quickly and shipped within 48 hrs (you will receive shipping notice through my website), such a shipped order can not be canceled.

Personal care products may only be returned if the wrong product was shipped, and if it is still in brand new, unopened condition. Since we offer samples on all beauty products, please try a sample size prior to buying the full size to ensure you like the product. We do not accept returns/exchanges on personal care products for health reasons.

When can you expect your order?

After processing time, it will take approximately:
2-7 business days to receive your order if you live in the United States
2-3 weeks if you live outside of the United States
You will receive a shipment confirmation email (with either tracking or customs number) when your order ships. Please check your junk box as well!
If you'd like to receive your items faster, you may contact me for expedited shipping options, at your cost.

If an item you purchased is not available for any reason, I will contact you immediately via email to discuss course of action.

Payment Information

Currently, PayPal is my preferred form of payment. However, I also accept Money Order, Western Union Bank Transfer and Personal Checks.

Lost/Damaged Packages
----------------------------------------------------------
Seller is NOT held responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
Once the seller drops off the package at the post office, it's out of her hands. You may purchase INSURANCE at an additional cost (contact Lisa prior to your purchase) to make sure that IN THE RARE EVENT that your package is lost or damaged by the postal service, you may file a CLAIM with the POSTAL SERVICE for the amount the package was worth. Once again, seller is NOT held responsible for loss or damage by the postal service. Please be aware that all base pricing shipping you see on the website does NOT include insurance, and all packages sent this way are at the buyers' risk. Although chance of something like this happening is less than 1%, please note, it still does happen.

* Seller is not responsible for wrong shipment if the address provided in the shipping portion of the order is incorrect.
If a package is tracked (US Customers only, usually), and has a "delivered" status via USPS.com, seller will not be held responsible for buyers' claim of undelivered packages.

International (outside United States) Customs Charges

I always mark your packages as a gift, and give the lowest true value I can. However, in the event that your country's customs charges you for your package, I will NOT be held responsible for the charges.
